2006 Fall Tour of Dubuque County

Depart from Gunther’s Bar & Grill in Centralia, Iowa at 10:00 am
Join us for a fall bicycle tour of scenic central & North Dubuque County. This route will take us through gorgeous countryside with views of the Mississippi River valley. Those views come with a price, so bring your granny gear. With an estimated 3000 vertical feet of climbing and a couple of double-digit grades, this tour isn’t for those who stick to the flatlands.There is no registration fee and no organized support for this ride. We expect to have lunch at Breitbach’s in Balltown and dinner at Gunther’s when it’s done. Along the way there are a few places we recommend stopping to refuel and quench your thirst.
